  <description>"Phoenix Arise" is the New Millennium Poetry Winner for the San Francisco Bay Area and was awarded a bronze plate and permanent Obelisk Sculptural Display monument on the Point in Palo Alto California in 2000. This animated visual contains images of the monument and Bronze Plate and surrounding park along with a reading of the poem by the author, Tamara Lynn Scott. It also contains the original music composition " Heaven " which was composed, performed, and mixed by Tamara Lynn Scott. All components of the produced video are the original artworks, photographs, animations, and audio scores of the artist and have been aired in her weekly Broadcast Cable Series which can be viewed on-line at http://TamaraLynnScottBroadcasts.blogspot.com.</description>
